ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Held at the Nelson Fish & Game Offices in Champion Road Richmond.
Present: Kevin Earl, President, and 28 members.
Kevin called the called the meeting to order at 7.06 pm.

Moved that Minutes of 2023 AGM, previously circulated, be accepted.

Kevin presented his report to the meeting.

The treasurers report, previously circulate to members, was received subject to the results of the
annual auction being included.

$40.00 year, but the subscription for family members be increased to $50 per year
